We'd love to see you at the fundraising events and if you can help, please let us know.
- Use shop2fundraise for your online purchases and help us raise funds at the same time.
- We are hopeful that some parents may be able to raise additional funds for us through their employer's matched giving or community support grant schemes such as Barclays, Legal and General, Lloyds and other plcs. It's not too late to ask your employer as the paperwork is only completed
after the event and we are very happy to complete and sign any application forms. Do get in touch if you can help us in this way.
- Your Social & Fundraising team - what we do. We arrange various functions throughout the year where you can meet up with other parents and have a fun evening while supporting the Group.
We are always looking for new members and wondered if you would like to join us. We meet a few times each year at each other’s houses to discuss proposed events. Our meetings are very informal, more coffee and a chat! Occasionally we go out for a treat - a meal or drink.
In the last year we have organised a Barn Dance, Quiz Night, the Mayday tea tent and we cater at the AGM.
It sounds a lot, but don’t forget, we’ve done it all before and we don’t all do every event.
The time commitment is not huge – occasional meetings, we share the shopping for the actual event and then the day itself, setting up and clearing away.
So if you’ve got some good ideas or just fancy meeting some new people come and join us.
